FUTUREME RETURN POLICY
Your satisfaction matters to us. At FutureMe, we are committed to ensuring your full satisfaction with our products. If, for any reason, you are not completely happy with your online purchase, we are here to help with your return in accordance with our return policy.
Eligibility for Returns:
- Returns are accepted for products purchased directly from futuremeworld.com.
- Products must be returned in their original condition: new, unused, unopened, and with all security seals intact.
Important Details:
- Returns that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted or refunded.
- Promotional products are not eligible for returns.
- Returns for all qualifying products must be initiated within 14 days of receipt to the following address: 50 Cleveland Road, Claremont, Cape Town, Western Cape, 7708.
- Any promotional or gift items received with the product must also be returned.
Return Process:
- Please use a recorded or signed-for postal service and retain proof of postage. Returned parcels remain the customer’s responsibility until we receive them.
- We will contact you within 1-2 business days of receiving your package to confirm that your return has been processed, so please ensure that your contact information is correct and current when returning your products.
Refund and Exchange Policy:
- Return requests can be processed as an exchange or store credit. We do not offer cash refunds.
- If your exchange qualifies for promotional or gift items, these will be included in your replacement package. Note that promotional or gift items from the original order do not automatically qualify for exchanged products.
Monitoring and Abuse Prevention:
Futuremeworld.com monitors return activity and reserves the right to deny returns that do not comply with our return policy or in cases of suspected abuse. We also reserve the right to deny returns for items re-sent as a good-faith gesture following a report of non-receipt.

DAMAGES IN TRANSIT
When your order arrives, please inspect the package for any visible damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear; however, if substantial damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please take photographs of the box, the packing materials, and the items inside, and share them with us immediately via email at orders@futuremeworld.com, along with the order and tracking number. Please do not discard the box, packing materials, or the product until confirmed by our helpdesk. Please note that time is of the essence to process the claim with the courier service provider. Intimations received after 2 days of receipt cannot be considered for action.
